1、概述 Overview

ARD2M 電動機保護器（以下簡稱保護器）適用于額定電壓至 380V 的低壓電動機回路，集保護、測量、控

制、通訊、運維于一體。其完善的保護功能確保電動機安全運行，帶有邏輯可編程功能，可以滿足多種控制方式。

The ARD2M motor protector (hereinafter referred to as the protector) is suitable for low-voltage motor circuits with

rated voltage up to 380V and integrates protection, measurement, control, communication, operation and maintenance.Its

perfect protection function ensures the safe operation of the motor, with logic programmable function, can meet a variety

The product adopts split structure, which is composed of main body, panel, mutual inductor and optional

■ 支持電力參數(shù)測量（U、I、P、Q、S、PF、F、EP、EQ），電流及電流不平衡度、電流正序、負序、零序分

量、電壓、三相電壓相角、剩余電流。

■ Support power parameter measurement (U, I, P, Q, S, PF, F, EP, EQ), voltage and current imbalance degree, voltage

and current positive sequence, negative sequence, zero sequence component, three-phase voltage phase Angle, residual

current. ■ 保護功能包括過載反時限、過載定時限、接地、起動超時、漏電、欠載、斷相、堵轉、阻塞、短路、溢

出、不平衡(電流、電壓)、過功率、欠功率、過壓、欠壓、相序、溫度、tE 時間、外部故障、起動次數(shù)限制、

運行時間報警、故障次數(shù)報警。

voltage, under voltage, phase sequence, temperature, external fault, tE time, running time alarm, fault alarm. ■ 8 路可編程 DI 輸入，默認采用內置 DC24V 電源，也可選擇外部有源濕接點。

■ 8 channels programmable DI input, the default use of DC24V power supply, or external active wet contact can be

selected (see the selection table). ■ 5 路可編程 DO 輸出，滿足直接起動，星—三角起動，自耦變壓器起動，等多種起動方式，可通過通訊總線

實現(xiàn)主站對電動機的遙控“起/停"。

■ 5 programmable DO output, to meet the direct starting, star - triangle starting, auto-transformer starting, and other

starting modes, can be through the communication bus to achieve the master station to the motor remote control "start/stop". ■ 可選抗晃電功能：支持晃電立即再啟動、失壓重起動。

■ Optional anti-shaking function: support immediate restart of shaking power and restart of voltage loss. ■ 標配 MODBUS_RTU 通訊，可選配 PROFIBUS DP 通訊，支持最多 2 路通訊接口。

■ MODBUS_RTU and PROFIBUS DPV1 communication modules are available for selection.2 MODBUS_RTU

communication channels or MODBUS_RTU+PROFIBUS DPV1 communication modules can be chosen.

■ 可選配 1 路 4-20mA 模擬量輸出接口，與 DCS 系統(tǒng)相接，可實現(xiàn)對現(xiàn)場設備的監(jiān)控。

field equipment. ■ 具有故障記錄、起動記錄、停車記錄、DI 變位記錄和再起動記錄等各類事件記錄。

備注：1A、5A 規(guī)格的保護器通過接入二次輸出為 1A、5A 信號的電流互感器，實現(xiàn)對電流范圍為 0.1-5000A、

0.5-5000A 的電機進行保護控制。

Remarks:The protectors of 1A and 5A specifications realize the protection and control of motors with current

range of 0.1-5000A and 0.5-5000A by connecting current transformers with secondary output of 1A and 5A

100A 及以下電流規(guī)格的分體式保護器使用分體式電流互感器；

250A、800A 電流規(guī)格使用另外一種分體式電流互感器。互感器外觀尺寸詳見“外形尺寸及安裝"部分。

The temperature measurement support sensor type is PTC or NTC or PT100. （3）、選配漏電功能（L）后，每臺保護器自配一只漏電互感器，漏電互感器尺寸詳見“外形尺寸及安裝"部分。

漏電互感器標配 2m±10cm 二次線，如需其它長度可同廠家聯(lián)系。

After the leakage function (L) is selected, each protector is equipped with a leakage transformer. The dimensions

of the leakage transformer are shown in the section "overall dimensions and installation". Leakage transformer is
